Friends, think of me this week. We’re finally starting back in some semblance of a regular routine. I made lists for the children tonight so they’ll be all ready tomorrow and I’m seriously considering setting an alarm so I can get up at a decent hour.
All is not completely aligned yet as there are 4 loads of towels waiting for me to fold, and all the beds need clean sheets. My desk is a disaster area, and the play room/work room is similarly chaotic.
I have dinner planned for almost the entire week, and in the morning I’m going to brainstorm some lunch ideas and see if it’s possible for me to better organize that. We’ve fallen into a bad lunch habit and I’d like to break it. That might be more than we can handle this first week back, but we’ll see.
I should probably get some sleep.
